About Engage Prep

With 20 years in test prep, including 15 at Manhattan Prep - I founded Engage Prep to solve the problem that was burning out both students and educators: the relentless grind that promises results but delivers exhaustion.

My approach is informed by my own adult ADHD diagnosis, 1000+ hours of trauma-informed yoga teacher training, and a deep fascination with neuroscience research on learning and performance. I understand what it means to re-learn how you learn, and I've built a company that honors the complexity of adult lives.
